All of the ports work, but ...
I've had this unit for over three months and wanted to wait on writing a review as most of the reviews are really good for this product. While all of the ports do work, they are intermittent. Once in a while a port will stop working and if I reset the Hub (by disconnecting and reconnecting power) it starts working again. I also constantly get the windows USB sound alert as if I were just connecting a USB device, usually at least a few times per day. But that I can live with and if it were only that, I would probably give this 3-4 stars. However the most annoying thing I tend to get is a Bad Image Pop Up with my Windows 10 multiple times a day. It states the device running is not designed for Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using original installation media or contact system administrator - error message. The only thing that seems to make this Pop up go away is when I either turn off the hub or disconnect it. So for whatever reason something within Windows 10 is trying to reject this Hub. I don't know if this is only a Windows 10 thing or if this is just a defective unit I have. It does state it's compatible with Windows 10 so it may just be that I have a faulty Hub.
Update: Anker contacted my after I wrote my review and they sent me a different unit. At first, I had no Pop up errors, but now I do, not as frequent as before but still the exact same problem. Again, when disconnecting the hub, I have no Pop up errors, so I do believe there are issues with this running on Windows 10. Great customer service but the exact two star rating because the fact is I'm out $50.
