I just got this playpen i was looking forward to it but as i was setting it up adding matts I noticed these tears unfortunately came damaged I tossed the box out not even thinking since its brand new my baby doesn’t walk nor crawl yet ☹️ UPDATE: They reached out to me so fast And said they will send out a new one and apologize for the inconvenience I really appreciate them caring enough to get back to me and helping me out with my experience
