This product is horrible!!! I followed instructions but it still grabbed my hair & got them stuck in it the very first time I used it. I decided to give it a try & used it again the second time & it was ok but still pulled a few strands of my hair. So I thought maybe because my hair is too fine & too long. Then now I'm writing this while my bf is trying to pull my hair out of it (this is the 3rd time I'm using it & won't ever touch it again!!) I ended up losing so much hair because we have to cut my hair after half an hr trying to get my hair out! I'm so frustrated! Back to using the traditional flat iron which works just fine
