Most Rude Customer Service reps on Earth!
On a whim, I ordered the StufZ burger press this morning, and decided to take the BOGO offer. Somehow the website doubled my order and promised to charge my credit card $40. I immediately called Customer Service and encountered the most rude rep I have ever come across. She actually yelled at me, insisting that I had ordered four presses and there was nothing she could do about it. She said to call back in a few hours, when the order would have reached her system. Six hours later I called back, and the second-rudest person in the industry took my call. She insisted that I was not in her system, either billing or shipping address, so there was nothing she could do about it.. Suspecting that she neither knew nor cared about what she was doing, I called a third time and found a helpful woman who cancelled my order and promised that my credit card would not be billed. Since then I've located a similar but much less expensive item on line. This was probably my worst on-line experience ever.
