Inaccurate humidity readings. says 30% is "High", then says 48% is "Okay". Can't really give an in-between 1-5 star rating, this thing either does or doesn't work and the one I received doesn't. To make matters worse, I'm one day beyond the 30-day return window because I started counting 30 days after I RECEIVED the product (12/16/2017) but apparently the countdown starts 30 days from when I placed the order (12/14/2017). So I specifically waited to make sure the item was defective before trying to return and got screwed for it. My experience with this product and the disappointing attempt at an exchange for a new one leads me to advise you against buying it.
