The convection fan only worked for the air fryer setting , but not for the regular oven bake setting like a regular convection oven should . My mother has a the regular Black and Decker extra wide convection oven that has a Convection fan that runs when using the regular oven bake setting . Why did the convection fan in the Black and Decker Crisp'n Bake Large Capacity Convection Oven model # TO3265XSSD not work in the regular oven bake setting ? I was told by a Black and Decker customer support representative that the convection fan for the regular oven bake mode ran slower and quieter than when the convection fan ran when in the air fryer mode . I turned on the regular oven bake setting and used a piece of tissue paper to see if I could detect any air moving in the oven . I discovered there was no air moving at all so I sent it back for a refund . I will probably purchase another one and see if it works properly . If the new one does work like a convection oven should function , I will be very happy to keep it and would give it a 5 star rating .
