I bought this product because my usual trusty, dusty Conair tourmaline hair dryer comb attachments were losing the teeth. I should have just reordered my old hair dryer, but I decided to give Andis a try. First of all, the label on Amazon says "tourmaline ceramic", but the Box only says "ceramic"... there's nowhere on the box or information pamphlet, that I found, that states that it has tourmaline in it. Secondly, the hair dryer stopped working after only using it for FIVE MINUTES! Initially, I use the medium setting, then I bumped it up to HIGH. While I was in the middle of drying my hair, it cut off. I thought it could have been that I needed to hit the reset button on the device or on the outlet itself...nope! Wasn't the problem. I ended up resorting back to my old Infiniti by Conair hair dryer.
