I purchased this over the summer, but obviously didn't have to use it since it was hot out then. I went to use this heater for the very first time this past weekend and while the igniter worked and I could see the little flame, the disk would not catch or produce heat. I froze in my tent while camping and was sooo looking forward to this heater. This product was expensive and I would love a simple replacement for one that works. Mine still has the tags on it and I still have the box that it came in. I have never used it, its brand new. I'm hoping the owner/distributor will read this and contact me to make this right. thank you.
