After reading the reviews and looking at the photos, I thought I was getting a great deal. I might have been misled. First of all, I ordered the Wedgewood color. It looked beautiful and luxurious in the photo. It was quite the let down when I opened the package finding a quite unattractive color of blue, and a towel with very little fluffiness and softness. We have 10-year-old towels in our linen closet way thicker and softer than these. I followed the directions on how to care for the towels, even soaking them for 12 hours in cold water, then washing them and drying them on low. There was quite a bit of lint in the lint trap in the dryer, and the towels didn't gain any softness or fluffiness. I followed the recommendations of NOT using fabric softener or dryer sheets as well. We shall see how these towels "perform" after each use. As of now, I cannot recommend this towel. Look elsewhere. (EDIT- 2-month review). I continued to wash the towels accordingly. Even though our water system is supplied with a home water softener, THESE TOWELS DO NOT GET FLUFFIER OR MORE ABSORBENT !!! I WILL NOW USE FABRIC SOFTENER TO HOPEFULLY MAKE THESE TOWELS SOFTER. I WILL NO USE A FABRIC SOFTENER SHEET. In conclusion, THESE TOWELS CONTINUE TO BE A DISAPPOINTMENT. The hype expressed by the seller IS NOT TRUE OR ACCURATE. BUY A DIFFERENT SET OF TOWELS!
