Based on ratings (which more and more on Amazon I’m finding are BS), I selected this pan. Treated the pan as prescribed by manufacturer (you have to season the pan before use?) and administered the standard test for a pan like this - I fried an egg. Even with a small amount of bacon grease, THE FRIED EGG STUCK. I addressed this with the folks at Tramontina who were not impressed. Now I’m STUCK with this crappy pan.
