I used this saw sporadically for 3 years. I only cut the equivalent of 2 or 3 small trees per year (nothing bigger than 4 inches diameter). Shortly after the 3 year warranty ran out the saw stopped running. I quickly determined that the motor needed new brushes. A $5 easily replaceable part. I contacted Worx and was told that they do not sell replacement parts and that I would need to throw it away and buy another one. Apparently Worx tools are considered disposable after the 3 year warranty is up. Needless to say I won't be buying anything else with the Worx name on it and you should be warned that if you intend to actually use this item once in awhile, it is considered disposable by the manufacturer if it breaks out of warranty.
