I purchased this keyboard in March for our son's school. He was learning to type. Almost immediately two keys went missing. Contacted customer service to see about buying replacements. Several MONTHS later the conversation finally ended. They are unable to replace the keys. The keys come off very easily. Which prompts a question - what's the point of them being easy to take off if there is enough clearance to use an air-can to clean the keyboard and you cannot buy keys by themselves? Looking for a replacement now. I do not recommend buying this one - no matter how cute it is.
