I absolutely hate the way this sweater looks on me. I’m 5’4” 135lbs and ordered a size small. I absolutely don’t understand the hype behind this sweater. First off let me start off by saying the things I did like- the color and the stitching/knit material was nice. The color is different in person. I didn’t find the material to be particularly soft, but it wasn’t itchy. It wasn’t itchy in the color I got at least. I absolutely don’t know how girls are making this sweater look cute! It looks super frumpy on me and very unflattering. It made me look SO much bigger than I am. I know it’s an oversized sweater, but with the wide body, super drop shoulder seams and huge baggy arms it just wasn’t cute on me. When I wear clothes I want them to highlight my figure and flatter me. This did none of that. It hid all the good parts and added nothing good. The neck was really weird in person. It just stuck up oddly and rolled over. I tried to mess with it, but no luck. The last picture I tucked the front and that looked the best, but from the side even tucked it ballooned out way too much! I truly do like the relaxed oversized fit on sweaters, but this is an absolute no go. Maybe it’s because of the “bat wing” thing going on that it hides your figure so much? There’s a point to where it just hides your figure so much it looks frumpy. I don’t even consider myself a small person and if the small is this frumpy on me I can’t imagine how it would look on someone smaller. These are just my thoughts and opinions. To each their own. Some people may love this sweater and think it looks fabulous. In that case, I’m glad it worked out for you. For me and my body type, it will be returned. I feel like even in my pictures it looks better than it does in person. Probably because I’m holding my arms to the side of my body, which doesn’t make it look as wide. If it was a little smaller/narrower in the body and arms I would’ve kept it to lounge in because like I mentioned I do like the knit and color. One thing I don’t understand is the model looks thinner than me (I mean she’s a model, lol) and it doesn’t look as huge on her. I didn’t see a size XS so I’m assuming she’s really tall or something? I don’t know! Before you buy this look at my last photo with the front tucked into the black leggings. Look at the way the neck hole looks in that picture. Some people may think this or normal, but it’s just plain odd to me sticking up and all wide like that! *Good luck and hope this was helpful to someone 👍
