I have been using this brand of Celtic sea salt, fine ground, for many years. This bag of salt I received has changed in consistency. Celtic sea salt should always be slightly moist (I don't bother with a shaker, but just grab a pinch out of the jar I store it in), but the salt in this package is dry and almost seems like it's processed in some way to make it grainy and dry. It looks and feels like regular processed table salt. See my photo. The one on the left is what I received, and the one on the right is how it should look. I had to reorder from another seller and then received the good stuff. I sincerely hope the company hasn't changed something in their processing to make this drier because of all the people whinging about how they can't get it to flow through a salt shaker. It's supposed to be moist! Very unhappy.
