It gets one star for the obvious reluctance of the company to stand behind their warranty. After contacting them I was told to take pictures , which I did. After sending them in, I was advised that the part in question was a "optional" free part. You know those extra parts you have after taking apart something than failing to put it back together correctly? Guess this shower head REALLY has those parts. So they acted as though they were doing me a favor, after explaining multiple times it was an Optional free part. Also pointing out if it broke again, and I quote "One more, as we said as this flow regulator is for cost free part, so it will not under our warranty again, we sincerely hope for your kind understanding," So you might want to contact the company prior to buying ANY of their items to find out what is an OPTIONAL free part. Personally, I just plan to avoid the company in general. The entire contact with them just gave me the feeling they have no desire to back their products.
