I thought this product had a ton of promise. Great, I thought, a bluetooth streamer that can link to two headphones, with plenty of battery life. First unit arrives, and refuses to stay in pairing mode. Flashes white and amber for about 2-3 seconds before returning to "unconnected standby." I'm pretty tech savvy so I take a crack at troubleshooting-- watch videos, dig through FAQs and manuals, trying several pairs of different headphones. End up contacting Twelve South Customer Support, who inform me that the device is defective, since it refuses to stay in pairing mode. So I ship that one back, and reorder, on their advice. Same problem. This time, I won't be rebuying this to give it another shot. You blew it, Twelve South. Get your Quality Control up before charging $50 for this dongle.
