Flap will not stay closed until set-off by rodent. Balance of flap is off and unless I put a weight on the flap, then it won't work. Not happy at all with this and very disappointed. If you want to put a counterweight on the flap, then it will work. The problems is how much weight will make it look closed until a rodent gets in place and how to glue the weight on so that it stays in place in all weather. NOT HAPPY
