I bought these headphones because I needed to change my old apple ones. I wasn't looking for something expensive, but at least decent quality. The reason why I can't recommend these headphones is because the sound is not as clear; it's rather muffled and the bass is too much. It really made my ears hurt and I had to lower the volume more than usual to withstand it. Also, they're not really comfortable. The top portion that goes on your head is "cushioned" but not really soft so you feel a hard piece of foam resting on your head. Positives for those who would still like to get it: the bass is strong and it does a good job in blocking sounds. I was actually really surprised since they are not really noise cancelling headphones. Final thoughts: I would have kept them if they sound wasn't muffled and not clear because they look good and you can use them with a cord too. Overall I rate it a 2, but maybe other people won't notice the muffled sound and really enjoy them. I'm giving mine away because someone else might appreciate them. Also, they look very nice for the price.
