I ordered this trying to cut corner on costs and did not read the ingredients assuming it was a safe form of Vitamin A. After someone pointed out to me that this is retinyl palmitate it does not take long after some research to find out that this is not a good form of Vit A for the body. It's the exact thing they use in sunscreens and warn everyone about because it causes cancer. I'm not sure why they even sell this product with the risks that could be involved.
