I was extremely excited to receive my mini crockpot until I opened it and found a note from the previous customer who purchased this inside the crockpot pointing out the imperfection in the glass insert. The insert is white and there are black marks all along the outside as well. This company must have received the item back and put it back in circulation without even checking why it was returned since the note was still inside the crockpot from the previous customer. Very disappointed.
