Defective product - makes knocking noise after 3 days. Warranty does not cover diagnosing the problem. So disappointed.
This seemed promising at first. It was installed by the Amazon installer and was working fine at first. After 3 days of use, it started making a knocking noise!.
Luckily it comes with 60 days of labor covered right? Wrong. I called their Customer Service to attempt to get it fixed. They said they would send me a tool so I can open it up myself and figure out what's defective. I was received a crank tool a few days later and called back to find out how to use it. Customer Service told me I needed a 9/16 socket wrench to connect to the crank tool so I can open it up and figure out what's wrong. Not what I expected.
I'm may return this soon. I asked the Customer Service lady to consider sending a technician but she said I'd have to pay to diagnose the issue - "diagnosis of the issue is not covered by the warranty". There was no exception she would make - I asked.
I may be returning this soon...
