This is a fake item with a photoshopped picture. I'm unsure why Amazon allows these listings. There is no such thing as a true blue rose. This is in fact a "Niel Diamond rose" that's been photoshopped to look blue. Niel Diamond roses are red and white. They also come in miniature varieties. If such roses existed, florists would import the plants, grow them, and you'd be able to buy them. Fun fact: the blue pigment used by plants is acid sensitive. Roses are naturally acidic, so any blue pigment would turn more red resulting in a purple flower. Scientists tried to splice a blue pigment gene into a rose and only got a lavender colored rose due to the acid problem. This is also why you can plant a blue hydrangea in acid soil and it turns reddish pink.
