Great workout! but think seriously about upgrading to nicer version!
Great workout, I had a pro that was damaged in a move and bought this for myself and one for my father. Awesome core workout but the plank as the price suggests is not even close to the quality of the pro. I had to disassemble the lower ball and grease with wheel bearing grease to get it to stop chattering and sticking. Once I did that I noticed the ball wasn’t exactly a ball and the two pieces didn’t fit together correctly, I sanded down the rough edges and it is now as smooth as butter!
