I buy this brand all the time locally and I love it. But this bottle from Amazon tastes completely different - it's bitter and nasty, and actually burns my mouth a little. Pompeian Robust normally tastes smooth and rich, but the bottle I bought from Amazon doesn't taste the same at all. I had to throw the whole thing out. No idea what they did to it to make it go bad. Not expired, but clearly not usable.
