I just plugged in this microwave for the first time. Immediately, the motor and the inside glass carousel start running. The only problem is...it won't stop unless I open the door or pull the plug. Reading the manual, there is a "pause/cancel" button that should work - press once to pause and twice to cancel. Does it work? Nope. And when I popped a cold dish in there to heat (figuring that I might as well, since it was already running), I realized that it's just the fan and the motor running - there's not actually any heating action going on. So now I have a beautiful microwave that I can't use. Oh, and don't bother going to Amazon for support. When I tried to hit the "Get technical support" button, it conveniently comes back with an error saying that both the chat and phone functions are not available. Well that's lucky. Anyway, long story short: this microwave is wonderful for decor but terrible for actually functioning. A very expensive paperweight.
