Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am so disappointed. The reviews are correct. The single side quit working after 3 uses. I'm not sure what is up with Cuisinart these days. They used to be such a trusted brand. You cannot maintain an upscale product with inferior parts and engineering. This needs to go back to engineering and Cuisinart has some marketing to do to win back their client base. Back to my Keurig and Mr. Coffee that always work.
