We were very excited for this product. When we received it based on others reviews we unpacked it and fluffed it multiple times a day for over a week. It appeared it was going to be really awesome. It wasn't. After a few uses (constantly fluffing) it would collapse after an hour or so. Which meant at least 3-4 hours of not using it. For something this costly, it was a very poor product. All in all we decided to return it. Buyer beware, it was the most horrific return. When you receive it, it will be vacuumed sealed. If you have to return it, it has to be wrapped in plastic so it will be excepted. Imagine rolling up something this large and heavy to a size that UPS will take. Many plastic sheets and duck tape later (hours of time) we finally got it to an size and coverage UPS would take. I've never been so happy to send a return back. So, if you decide to buy this item. Just expect for it to never ever leave.
