Bought this mattress 13 months ago after reading great reviews. We spent 1 month away, so it has been slept on for 12 months, rotated 180 degrees 3 times. Each side has now permanently decompressed, and the middle is still as firm as day 1. We weigh 200lbs and 125lbs, so we are not huge people. I called the company, Sleep Revolution, and they said to email receipt, photos, and manufacturing date. Within hours I received an email that the mattress does not appear to be defective. The issue with most of these Amazon reviews is people review the mattress after a week or month. We loved it then too. Now it's awful and there is nothing we can do about it. Good luck.
