Dear Amazon, we need to come up with a better way to label these devices. This is the second time I've purchased a Bluetooth product that doesn't allow you to use Bluetooth software to initiate a call for hands free driving. This is merely an earpiece that picks up Bluetooth signals. It can pick up a call, or perform some very basic functions related to playing music. In this day and age of laws about hands free driving, I think it is criminal to call this a Bluetooth device merely because it can pair with your phone or other device. Yes, I know it says earpiece in the product title, but unfortunately that also describes physically what it is, i.e. something that sticks in your ear, but GRRRR. I needed this in a hurry because I've been commuting several hours to help a sick relative. I had to resort to speaker phone. UGH. I found the buttons finicky and hard to find easily, and I have small hands. There's no way someone with large fingers or dexterity issues could use this easily.
