Toshiba customer service requires payment in order to help you
The remote never worked for this radio and you cannot manually change channels on the box. When you call customer service, they won't help you unless you pay a fee first to talk to them. What a rip. Toshiba is not the company it used to be and not worth spending a dime on their products if customer service is non-existent.
