After about one year of having the mattress, there were significant soft spots that caused me back pain in the mornings. Even after contacting Lucid regarding their warranty, you have to send a few pictures. After doing that, my warranty claim was denied. As others have mentioned, they want to see a significant indent in the mattress to honor their warranty. Overall, the mattress became useless and the company does not honor their warranty. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.
