This product is from China! I purchased it because it was USDA organic certified! This product is not in its raw form. It is been already processed. It is been partially cooked. When I soaked it for 3 hours, Almost half of the rice started to look like cooked rice. I wanted a raw rice ground dough, but this is not going to be useful for me any way! If the correct description was given correct I would not have purchased it. Now i cannot return and get refund also.
