In less than a year, this decorative stand was looking pretty poorly. The black paint rusted at nearly every weld even though it was kept in a protected part of my garden in drought-ridden Texas. I gave the manufacturer, Liberty Garden Products, several chances to make this right, but they insisted that their one-year warranty does not cover rust. After reviewing my photos, they told me to paint it myself. Folks, I can spend several hours sanding and touching up the paint on every weld on this rack, but this rack is going to be worthless when the welds fail. The finish is not durable as advertised.
