So disappointed. I have reached out TWICE to the high rated sellers regarding this bag, that failed just one month into college. Thought they would back up their product, but have yet to hear from them after two attempts to contact. It was gift for my sons graduation, so was not used until Aug. lasted 1 month and had to buy another. I will be more cautious buying from TUBU.
