I started using this product in doses of 5g per day due to the fact that it’s been shown to reduce acne and skin oiliness. What I didn’t know is that in about a month I would lose 1/3 of my hair from megadosing. I’m living a nightmare and it’s been about a month since I stopped and my hair is still falling. I only took them for a month too. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Take the recommended dose or STAY AWAY
