this one is a dud. it mysteriously cycles off and loses bluetooth connection to my iPhone 7. the phone and the earpiece firmware are uptodate. when i "answer" the phone, it takes two attempts to manually connect to the phone. This one makes the Plantronics Voyager Legend truly a legend. I rue the day that I lost my old Voyager Legend. After this debacle of an earpiece, I ended up ordering another Legend. I need to send this back or do something since this cost more than its predecessor and is pretty much worthless. it also does not hold a charge very well. about the only good thing is that it can be charged by my previous microUSB charging cables and fits around the ear like the Voyager Legend. i've now owned three Voyager Legends. None of then ever broke. I just lost two of them. They worked right out of the box and hold a charge better than the 5200.
