Installation was straightforward and app setup was easy. Everything worked great locally and I thought this was going to be a great lock. I've used Schlage locks for years, but decided to venture into the smart lock territory for a house that I am selling. I wanted to be able to lock/unlock remotely and setup expiring access keys as needed for contractors, etc. That is where my frustration comes in. The IOS app is awful. I have to add the temporary access key a dozen times before it finally sends it to the lock. It gives me an "error can't save." If I try to unlock/lock the door remotely it fails most of the time before finally working. If they would fix the application and remote lock connectivity, this would be a 5 star lock. Until then, avoid this like the plague unless you want a very expensive dumb lock.
