This gets one star because it came with no ingredients listed, no manufacturer name and no contact information. When I purchased it on Amazon, it was shown as being from "Sunshine Health Products" and their Amazon page lists things like watch bands, sponge holders, polyester blankets and CARDBOARD DEER HEAD SCULPTURES. If I want a cheap pool float, I'll go there, but not it's very inspiring for health-related products. For all I know, these syringes could be filled with the same stuff that's in my blue toilet bowl cleaner. I can't tell you how this product works, because I'm not excited about putting goop in my mouth if I don't know who made it and what is in it. For something that you're supposed to put in your mouth and leave there for extended amounts of time, this is unacceptable. I will be looking for a refund. The photos show the package as it arrived - a few instructions, but nothing more.
