Just received pasta maker. Fettucine shaper was defective with a glob of plastic in the wheel making the disk inoperable. Communicated with Philips and they put me online for a new disk. The problem is I have to pay for the new disc and the shipping. They should send at no cost the new part, but they don't. Have not used the machine yet, because that is the disk I wanted to use.
