1st was stained & 2nd doesn't lay flat :-(
I just received my rug and it is stained upon arrival. Not pleased. Have emailed customer service. Waiting to hear back. Got a 2nd one in another color that doesn't lay flat. I have a 3rd one on the way because they were a lightning deal. Its supposed to arrive tomorrow. Maybe it will be worth the money but so far, not so good.
