***Update: The comment from the company was added hours after I left this review. Apparently they spend their resources policing negative comments, rather than insuring they have a quality product. You'll notice there is no apology for the so-called "mix up." Apparently they do not take labeling seriously, which is inexcusable. I looked over the other negative comments, and sure enough, every single one has a pat little response from the company. One customer complained about the shellfish FOUR MONTHS before I did, and yet nothing has been done to fix the so-called "mistake," and nothing has been added to the website to warn customers. Absolutely inexcusable! I stand by my recommendation to avoid this company. They have no integrity. There is no way of knowing what you will be ingesting if you purchase this product. This product is advertised as "Vegetarian" and "Plant-Sourced," but according to the label contains fish and shellfish. Obviously this will not matter to everyone, but this company's advertising is deliberately deceptive. First of all, the "contains fish and shellfish" info is NOT on the label picture online, or anywhere in the description. Second, the info on the bottle is in tiny, harder-to-read letters UNDER the ingredients list. If it contains fish, why not put it in the ingredients list where it belongs? Why advertise it as Plant-Sourced? Fish are not plants. Even if you do not care about eating fish, I would recommend you avoid a company that deliberately deceives customers. You are putting this into your body, for Pete's sake. You need to purchase these types of products from a company with integrity.
