What a nightmare. Support is useless. All they know to say is: "Check the voltage on the c-wire." Okay, and then what??? My Sensi was working fine, then during the night the screen went completely blank and now I cannot make any changes to my a/c, which is stuck and running full blast. It will not connect to wifi, so I cannot use the app to turn off the a/c. The Emerson rep told me to turn off the a/c at the breaker. Really? Now they have finally agreed to send me a replacement, but it will take a week to arrive. And what am I supposed to do in the interim? The Sensi rep told me to go buy a "simple" thermostat to install until the Sensi replacement arrives. Fabulous customer service that. I'm going back to an old-fashioned thermostat that will work reliably, even if it doesn't have the fancy screen and Alexa options. Waste of $170. If you buy one of these, put a Square Trade warranty on it, as I can almost promise that you will need it. ZERO STARS!
