I love the features of this toaster. As a mother of 5 kids, I can't tell you how many times I put toast down and forget about it only to find it cold later on. I love that this beeps to remind me that it is popping up, and the keep warm feature is a great bonus. That said, I find it dumb that the crumb tray comes out the back and the cord is at the front and has to feed through to the back, but I could live with those inconveniences. What I can't live with is that as a previous review indicated the heating wire elements do not heat evenly. The toast coming out will be nicely toasted in one spot, and hardly at all on another spot on the same side of the bread. If only it worked properly, I would keep it, but sadly enough it will be returned.
