This product did not even last 12 months of intermittant use. I installed this on a hose that I use to top up my swimming pool water due to evaporation. I only ever use it once a week. Within 15 months it had started leaking internally. That meant I couldn't leave it unattended with the water ON because it would keep dripping and wasting water. Now a year later and I NEVER heard back from customer service. They speak a good game on the Amazon website but the reality is they IGNORE any customer complaints or requests for Warranty replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
