Bought this after taking a concentrated tumeric and felt the difference in just hours. This stuff is not even comparable to a concentrated tumeric capsule. Extract is heated at high temperatures, or using alcohol, essentially killing the herb. Concentrate uses water to produce the herb, removing it from the water, so it does not lose any of its nutrients. Look for a concentrated tumeric, not extract! Then you will see the difference if you think this stuff is good.
