We bought the toaster in Jan this year and initially we loved it as it doesn't take up much space on the counter and toasts very well. Now the door will not close all the way and a few other reviewers have also noticed the same problem. This is disappointing considering we have had it for only 3 months. We are not rough with our things, eg. our last toaster lasted 8 years.
