Looks great, feels OK. The lid is plastic, and immediately noticable when you hold it. Wide open mouth is great from drinking from at a desk, not suitable when on the go. The "ceramic" interior is just white paint, and hold the odors from past drinks- strong scrubbing required if switching from a coffee drink to anything else. The interior is not at all shaped like a coffee cup, and the restriction near the drinking lip is unpleasant. All in all, does not hold up to an "enthusiast" grade product.
