I loved this oven but it broke on day number 30. The timer got stuck on pre-heating and would not cook the food. Very disappointed in the quality and performance with my first Breville product. Warranty states if less than 30 day of purchase, they allow you to return to store, otherwise you have to ship for repairs which is a pain packing up an oven of this size. Bed,Bath and Beyond gave me a full refund since we paid cash. I don’t think I will replace with another after reading that this is a problem with this oven. I upgraded from a Kitchen Aid Convection Oven due to size, but my Kitchen Aid is still working after seven years and the Breville is dead in 30 days...could it just be a lemon?
