To their credit, I have big areolas and these covered them perfectly AND I've had adhesive sensitivity issues in the past with some nipple covers and these did not cause any skin issues for me at all, which was a relief -- --but the outline shows through certain fabrics and makes you look like you have bologna or pepperoni nipples.
