So I was very very excited for this phone. I finally had the means to upgrade from a note 8 to this note 20 ultra 5G. I had selected this phone because I love the note series. I ordered this on a tuesday morning with prime shipping expected it 2 days later well it finally showed up a few days after the prime shipping. Okay so on the great part! I get my new phone and get it turned on then start rebuilding my phone. Once all the apps downloaded and I go to shut the phone down and install ln the sim card. After the reboot I start testing calls,text and internet. Now i used wifi to restore so shutting the wifi off no internet. I was very confused about what was going on so after a few restarts and cussing I try looking at the help app. No connection on internet. I started going though trying to fix it but here cames the sad news. It flashes that at&t has blocked internet services. I decided to run up to the local At&t store to see if they could unlock it. Sadly no. I start the Amazon return process to be told a phone I've had less than 12hours and false advertised as unlocked I can't return it. I was told to email the seller to work it out. Like wtf is that. Buyer be aware
